Shipping policy
If product is damaged during shipping it is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the seller (Beauty Babes Organics) within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. Said seller will assist with the return of the product if the item(s) were found to be damaged by the shipping company. The item(s) must be in original packaging and unused, if they were used after receiving the products said purchaser will not hold the seller responsible for any damages that occurred during abnormal use of the product(s)
